Sthefanny Hincapie Agudelo
Art Therapist

I was born in Cali, Colombia ,but grew up in Alabama since I was 6 years old. I had always taken an interest in art and knew that I also had a desire to help others. When I asked my parents what was a good job to help others they responded "doctor".

I then became part of the medical academy in my high school and was fascinated by the psychiatric chapter. It wasn't until my 2nd semester of my sophomore year that I learned of a way I could combine my interest in both Psychology and Art into a profession. I got my Masters in Counseling with a focus in Art Therapy from Adler University in Chicago.

When I moved back to Alabama, I met Fanicy who was my supervisor for the Expressive Arts Therapy position at YWCA. I later joined the Peace Corps and served some time in Peru.

When I came back from Peru, Fanicy asked me to join her own therapeutic practice at eMotion Therapy, which has been a true blessing! It has given me a way to provide therapy to others virtually which is extremely helpful to those that transportation is hard to come by or have time restraints.

I have also been given the opportunity to serve the hispanic population in Alabama which is often underserved and Spanish counseling services are hard to come by. I love what I do and am proud to be a part of such a great team of people giving back to the community.

Saderia D. Morman
Transformational Life Coach

My goal as a Transformational Life Coach is to help trailblazers to discover new patterns of clarity and purpose to shift mindsets for greater impact and success for themselves and their circle of influence.

In December 2013, I literally jumped out of my safety net and comfort zone to start the journey of trying to find clarity in my purpose and calling. The only thing that I knew for certain was that I could not continue on the path of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual stagnation.

The idea that I had for January 2014 fell apart because I did not have any guidance or a plan in place. It was overwhelming and draining to say the least. My confidence and self-esteem took a hit. I knew that I had the skills, talents, and experience to move forward. I just did not have the drive to move.
After much prayer and counsel, I started to shift my mindset and create a plan. Bit by bit, things started to come together.

From January 2014 until today, God has afforded me the opportunities to be the 1st African American Director of a Disaster Relief Nonprofit, the 1st African American Executive Director of a Moderate Level Treatment Facility for girls and the 2nd African-American and 1st African-American female Juvenile Probation Officer in our county.

Each of these organizations have been in existence for almost 50 years. This all started with a desire and hunger to shift my mindset, create a plan for action and be open to opportunities that presented themselves. And guess what? These things can happen for you.

Saderia is a certified Trauma-Informed Transformational Master Life Coach who specializes in life purpose and goal success.
