There is no shame in taking medication to assist with your mental health.

Mental Health and Wellness is not a one size fit all approach.


Sometimes, medication can be helpful and in some situations, may even be necessary.


Unfortunately, the shame and stigma surrounding medication & mental health creates uneducated barriers to healing and growth.


According to the National Center for Health Statistics...


In 2020 - 16.5% of adults had taken prescription medication for their mental health.


If we remove the barriers of stigma and shame


...we give individuals an opportunity to speak honestly about their struggles which helps mental health and health professionals provide them with better care 💚


Break the cycle and End the Stigma
